This enchanting location offers a historic trip into the past. Our Victorian Schoolhouse, with it's antiques, hardwood floors, and Bell Tower, surrounding by our Eucalyptus Forest, is
an ideal spot for your Eternal Love.

The inside of the Schoolhouse is open for every event and all packages include the following:

• There are modern men's and ladies restrooms, patio, yard and tent lighting and ample parking for your guests.

• You have a full day. Ceremonies can be scheduled as early as 8 am and can end as late as 9 pm. You have the options of scheduling your ceremony at a time that suits you, as we do one event a day, yours!

• All packages include the site-fee, set-up for ceremony and reception, clean-up, and tables and chairs.

• White linens for the tables with linen napkins (colored linens are available as an upgrade)

• Champagne toast in fluted glasses

• Cocktail hour appetizers

• A full buffet dinner with a fully decorated buffet station

• Serving personnel in full attire

• Non-alcoholic beverages to include a water station, punch, and a coffee station.

• An on-site coordinator for your rehearsal and on the day-of-event, giving you full coordination.

• 100 guest minimum on Saturdays; smaller guest count welcome on Sundays or midweek (no minimums)

• Beer & wine, Soda & Water, bartending services available at the most reasonable rates in the San Diego wedding industry.

• Tented pavilion in case of inclement weather. Comfortably houses 200 plus guests. Includes intimate amber lighting and full heating system with thermostatic settings, and is fully carpeted with a dance floor.
